Making an oranda
Oranda is very hot these days. Oranda is a snack of memories to me. When I was young, it was a snack that was sold with Kim Jeonbyeong and Peanut Jeonbyeong, which were called Senbei at a snack shop that is now invisible. I'm so happy when I bring my parents' hand in hand in hand..I think Oranda, a snack from those memories, is getting attention again these days. The old oranda was really hard, so once I ate it, the roof of my mouth would be peeled. Now that I'm old enough to make it at home, the oranda is a really delicious snack that is moist, crispy, and not too sweet. Thanks to the roe purchased through the tools of the cafe, I also participated in making the hot oranda these days.
