Making an oranda
Oranda is very hot these days. Oranda is a snack of memories to me. When I was young, it was a snack that was sold with Kim Jeonbyeong and Peanut Jeonbyeong, which were called Senbei at a snack shop that is now invisible. I'm so happy when I bring my parents' hand in hand in hand..I think Oranda, a snack from those memories, is getting attention again these days. The old oranda was really hard, so once I ate it, the roof of my mouth would be peeled. Now that I'm old enough to make it at home, the oranda is a really delicious snack that is moist, crispy, and not too sweet. Thanks to the roe purchased through the tools of the cafe, I also participated in making the hot oranda these days. I ordered 1kg and made half of it like this, and I've already used it up, and I'm going to keep the rest well and make it as a gift. Delicious! Let's make it

Ingredients
  • Starch syrup
    30g
  • grain syrup
    60g
  • Sugar
    20g
  • Water
    8g
  • Butter
    little
  • almond
    50g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Spread a sanitary bag on the mold, and cut the roasted almonds into the right size and prepare them. The frame should be made with a Gangjeong frame, but there is no Gangjeong frame, so I made it with a bat. You can use a tray or a square tray of appropriate size.
STEP 2/6
Measure the eggs and mix them well with baked almonds.
STEP 3/6
Add starch syrup, grain syrup, sugar, water, oil or butter in a pan and simmer over medium heat until sugar melts and bubbles to the center. Honey is good instead of starch syrup. If you add honey, it'll taste sweeter, so you can adjust the amount of honey. If the amount of starch syrup is 30 grams, you can control the amount of honey from 20 to 25 grams But if you use honey, it does get sticky. I think it'd be good to refer to it. Grain syrup is used for regular side dishes. You can add a little bit of butter or oil, but I used a little bit of oil. The more you boil the syrup, the harder the oranda is made. If you boil it once and stir-fry it right away, the more moist the oranda is made.
STEP 4/6
When the syrup boils, place it over low heat, add the egg and almond mixture, and mix well over low heat with a spatula. If you mix it a little bit, you'll see that it's sticky and thready. And then you go through it a few more times, turn off the light, and then you go through it a few more times,
STEP 5/6
Place in a pre-prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Then cover the top with plastic plastic or paper foil and press it flat to shape it. If you press it too hard, the grains will break, so press it gently to shape it.
STEP 6/6
Cool the shaped oranda in the refrigerator. When it cools down, use a knife to cut it into appropriate sizes.

I'll give it a try. Gakshi eats well, so I'll get a good score. I think it's okay as long as you control the heat well. It's like making homemade sweet and sour sweet and sour pork in the past. Thank you.

I wanted to make it because I like Oranda among old snacks, but it was easy to follow the recipe, so I bought only the grains and made it. I had butter at home, so I put butter in it and it was delicious because it was savory I was able to make a new snack because I think it tastes better than trying it and selling it. Thank you for the good recipe~
