Making Dongpaeyuk is easier than I thought!
I always wanted to make Dongpae Yuk, but it looked hard. But when I made it!! It's a lot easier than I thought. I recommend you to try it - I'll explain it easily!

  • Pork belly meat

  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, put pork belly in boiling water and boil it. I cut an onion in half and added green onions. I also added pepper and bay leaf to catch the smell.Boil it for 30-40 minutes until it is cooked to a certain extent.

In the meantime, get the scallions ready!!When it comes to dongpaeyuk, they eat it with bok choy, but there's nothing special, so I cut the green onions and prepared it Add sesame oil and salt for seasoned scallions.

When cooked, cut the meat into bite-size pieces and cook it in a pan until golden brown.
STEP 4/5
Now, put in the sauce and slowly boil it down, and that's it!! Add 3 spoons of soy sauce / 1 spoon of sugar and 1 cup of water. When the soup is boiled down to a certain extent, add 2 spoons of honey and half a spoon of sesame oil and boil it down a little more

If you put it in with green onion salad, it's complete to make delicious Dongpaeyuk.
