STEP 1/8
I cut curry into small pieces to eat with my child. First, cut potatoes, onions, and carrots in the refrigerator according to your preference. I made beef curry today because I had leftover beef from shabu shabu last time. Beef, pork, and ham. All right! All the vegetables in the refrigerator are okay, too!
STEP 2/8
Melt the butter in a butter pan. If you put too much butter, it might get greasy, so just one slice!
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry them. It smells good because it smells like butter.
STEP 4/8
Put in beef. When the onions are cooked, put in small pieces of beef! The meat for shabu-shabu was frozen, so it was easy to cut and boiled, so it was good to eat with your child.
STEP 5/8
I put in plenty of water. Add the pondue sauce and 3 cups of water and boil the vegetables until they are cooked. The water says two and a half cups on the package, but I put in about three cups in plenty. I'll put in cheese later, so it's better to add plenty of water.
STEP 6/8
When all the curry vegetables are cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in curry powder.
STEP 7/8
2 slices of cheese! If curry powder is mixed well, you can add 1 or 2 slices of coconut powder and 2 slices of cheese, but if you want to feel more milk flavor, add 2 slices of cheese. (I always have 2 slices of cheese!)
STEP 8/8
Curry is done! As the color gets lighter, delicious and soft curry queen cheese & coconut is done!
