Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove the skin of the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cut broccoli into quarters and thinly slice boiled eggs.
STEP 2/4
Bring milk to a boil over medium heat and reduce to low heat before boiling.
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, remove, blanch broccoli, add potatoes to remaining milk, boil for 15 minutes, and drain.
