Making chewy rice cake sweet and sour
I don't really like tteokbokki That's why I like to make it with Kang Meal. Sweet, sour, and spicy!! It's a combination of sweet and salty rice cakes^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's called tteokgangjeong, but I thought it'd be good to add dumplings, so I included dumplings^^
STEP 2/8
First, I'm going to make sauce. 1+1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1+1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 3/8
4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of cooking wine
STEP 4/8
Add 8 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and 4 tablespoons of ketchup and mix If you like sweet things, you can add more oligosaccharide, and if it's for your child, it's good to control the amount of red pepper paste^^
STEP 5/8
Pour enough cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry the rice cakes and dumplings until they are dry
STEP 6/8
When the rice cake and dumplings are cooked, pour in the sauce
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry until the sauce is well seasoned and then add a lot of sesame salt
STEP 8/8
The more sesame seeds there are, the better^^ If you have nuts, crush them into small pieces and make them more savory^^
