  • Ham

  • the meat inside a razor clam

  • perilla oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice vegetables thinly and saute them in oil
STEP 2/6
Mix rice with perilla oil, sesame, and salt
STEP 3/6
Grill the eggs and fry the remaining ingredients as if they were a pancake
STEP 4/6
Place it evenly on half of the seaweed
STEP 5/6
Roll the remaining rice with your fist, cover it with egg garnish, and wrap it with seaweed
STEP 6/6
Cut the crab meat in half, pour a bit of egg mixture, and make a heart
