STEP 1/9
First, cut the ham into bite-size pieces.
I cut it into 1cm by 1cm to eat with my 6-year-old son ^^
STEP 2/9
Slice the onions thinly, and chop the chives (or green onions).
Please prepare 3-4 scrambled eggs as well.
**
Please prepare the toppings you want to put on the rice bowl.
For example) chopped seasoned laver, garlic flakes, etc
I prepared chopped chives to enjoy it neatly.
**
STEP 3/9
Beat in 3-4 eggs in a bowl and mix well.
((I didn't season the egg water separately.)
STEP 4/9
First, cook Uiseong garlic ham over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown.
STEP 5/9
Make boiled onions that will enhance the taste of ham mayo rice.
Add chopped onions, 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of mirin to the pan.
Boil over medium-low heat to low heat.
STEP 6/9
I'm going to scramble it, too.
Put a little bit of cooking oil on a pan that is preheated over low heat. Next, pour in the egg mixture.
Stir and cook with wooden chopsticks.
When the egg mixture is about 60% cooked, turn off the gas and cook a little more on residual heat.
That's how moist and soft egg scrambled eggs are completed :)
STEP 7/9
All the ingredients are ready ~
All that's left is to put it in a bowl and eat it deliciously.
First, scoop up the rice. Next, put an egg on top and put the marinated onions in the middle!
And on top of that, the fried ham and mayonnaise
As I told you earlier, you can put the toppings as much as you want ^^
STEP 8/9
I was thinking about breaking the seasoned seaweed or putting the sprout vegetables on top, so I put the chopped chives on top ^^
STEP 9/9
Today's dish made of Uiseong garlic ham full of garlic flavor, how to make ham mayo rice -
The cooking process is not complicated and it's so delicious that I often make it for lunch on the weekend. :)
