Prepare an espresso.
I put in 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, but if you don't have it, you can add sugar.

If you soak it for too long, the snack will soften.

If you make it with castella, put it in a bowl,
Sprinkle or apply espresso.

Add yogurt, cream cheese, and vanilla syrup and whip.
Put the cream on the ladyfinger.
I put a lot of yogurt, so it's a bit watery.

Lady Finger - Cream - Lady Finker - Cream
Stack them in order.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and you're done!
To make your ladyfinger moist
It's better to leave it in the refrigerator for more than four hours.

I froze it right away.
It's like ice cream if you freeze it and it's good when it's melted.
If you spray cocoa powder before you eat, it's done.
If you want to lower your calories, you can increase the yogurt ratio rather than the cream cheese ratio.
