Making biscotti :: How to use pound cake mix
This is the biscotti I made with leftover waffles from the pound mix. It's easy to make, so I think it's very comfortable to use when making snacks I added cranberries, hazelnuts, and almonds.   • Eggs

  • Soft flour

  • dried cranberries

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare baked hazelnuts, almonds and dried cranberries. Leave the dry cranberries in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes, then strain them through a sieve and drain them completely with a kitchen towel. I think you can use the nuts and dried fruits as much as you want

Beat eggs in a bowl, add grape seed oil or melted butter, mix well, add half a bag of pound mix and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and mix well, then combine the prepared almonds, hazelnuts and cranberries into a lump. You can put the soft portion in the right amount of toughness to the right degree of toughness.

Make it into a lump and pan it out.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 to 180 degrees Celsius. When it's done, let it cool completely and cut it into 1cm thick pieces.
