Kimchi chicken stew with one chicken
I was going to cook spicy chicken soup last time, but I couldn't take a picture, so I bought it to make it again, but I changed the menu to kimchi chicken stew. It's a menu that I often order from a chicken restaurant, but since I've tried it, I cooked it similarly. I'm not a gourmet, so it doesn't taste the same, but I could boil it similarly

Cooking Steps

Cook chicken in boiling water. I put in a cup of rice wine and cooked it.

Take out either ripe kimchi or kimchi. I chose kimchi. There's no ripe kimchi. ^^ I thought about whether to put it in a container or cut it into pieces, but I cut it so that it's easy to eat.

The broth is anchovy broth, kelp broth, beef bone broth... I put the broth at home. I used anchovy broth, but it tastes deeper when I use beef bone broth, so it's delicious. It seems like beef bone broth is used in the place where you order food.

I put a cooked chicken and cut an onion on top and put it on top.

Boil 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce, and 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder. Season it with soy sauce and finish it off with no green onions, so cut the green onions and finish it when it boils up. It became kimchi chicken stew that suits my taste.
