STEP 1/8
Chop the shiitake mushrooms and prepare them
For your information, I soaked dried shiitake mushrooms and used them.
STEP 2/8
Squeeze the water out of the soaked shiitake mushrooms
Chop 1/3 onions and 1/2 paprika
* I used all the paprika left in the fridge
If you use each color, the color will be much prettier.
If you have enough paprika, it doesn't matter if you add 1/2 each.
STEP 3/8
Put 1 cooking oil, 1 chili oil, 1 minced garlic in a pan and stir-fry them
Be careful not to burn at this time.

Now add shiitake mushrooms, paprika, and onions and stir-fry them until they are seasoned
STEP 5/8
I'll pour 1/3 cup of water here
Stir-fry it all over again
STEP 6/8
Add oyster sauce 1, soy sauce 1, and cooking wine 2 and mix them evenly
Stir-fry it until the sauce is soaked
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper
I'll stir-fry it and finish it and finish it's done.

Stir-fried shiitake mushrooms are done
