Broth is a must for spicy fish stew!
1.5 litres of water
5 dried shiitake mushrooms
2 small green onions (or green onions)
1/2 onion
15 anchovies again
1 piece of kelp (1010)
Boil over high heat for 20 minutes.

While making the broth
Make the spicy fish stew sauce.
3 tablespoons of red pepper powder
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Cut a small radish into bite-size pieces
Prepare one onion by cutting it into big pieces.

Put the radish in the boiling broth first

Boil over high heat for 10 minutes, medium heat for 10 minutes, and then add onions

If you like spicy food
Add as many spicy peppers as you want.

It's good to put it in the spicy fish stew at the end and smell it.
