Rinse the tteokbokki rice cake with water and wipe off the water on the kitchen towel. It's going to be fried, so if there's water, the gas stove will be a mess. Make sure to wipe it off without water.

If you don't have brewed soy sauce, you can use dark soy sauce or add sesame oil instead of perilla oil, right? I've been to the mart several times, but I always take out sesame oil and buy it..^^;;;Adding soy sauce, oligosaccharide, perilla oil, and minced garlic in a 1:1:1 ratio and mix them together, it is a soy sauce marinade.
