Beef brisket Vietnamese spring rolls (fish sauce, peanut sauce)
I made spring rolls that you can make with any ingredients you have at home. You can also make vegetables, smoked duck, etc. I prepared Vietnamese spring rolls with stir-fried beef brisket. It's a dish that goes well with birthdays, anniversaries, or special days.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Material preparation

- Mix the peanut sauce and fish sauce according to the ingredients. (Mince the peppers into big pieces.)
STEP 3/9
- Stir-fried egg and fried egg
STEP 4/9
- Blanch shrimp by dropping 3 to 4 cups of lemon juice in boiling water
STEP 5/9
Tip. Add lemon juice to get rid of the fishy smell. If you don't have any, please make it with cooking wine.

- Chop green bell pepper, paprika, and egg garnish into 2-3mm thick pieces
- Shred sesame leaves thicker than egg garnish
- Cut Crami in half
- Cut the shrimp in half
Tip. If you stir it in half and blanch it, it will get crooked like in the picture. If it's a small shrimp, I just use it as a whole.

- Stir-fry beef brisket and seasoning ingredients in a pan over high heat

Tip. Due to the nature of the area, there's a lot of oil. Place in a bowl with kitchen towel.

Put it nicely in a bowl and complete the Vietnamese spring roll!
