Making egg crackers
The size is small and the taste is not too much, so I made egg snacks that I want to eat continuously^^ *60 pieces.

Ingredients
  • unsalted butter
    70g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • egg
    1ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Vanilla Extrack
    1/2tsp
  • Soft flour
    95g
  • almond powder
    20g
  • corn starch

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place soft butter in bowl and gently beat.
STEP 2/9
Add sugar and mix well.
STEP 3/9
Add beaten egg and yolk little by little and mix well.
STEP 4/9
Add vanilla extract and mix evenly.
STEP 5/9
Add flour, almond powder and cornstarch and mix with spatula until no powder is visible.
STEP 6/9
Place the finished dough in a piping bag with a 1cm diameter circular pod.
STEP 7/9
Squeeze it into a circle with a diameter of 2cm at intervals.
STEP 8/9
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for about 10 minutes.
STEP 9/9
It's crispy when it's cooled completely!
It will spread once it's baked, so squeeze it with plenty of space.
