It's braised short ribs for about 40 minutes. I'm going to boil it down for about 20 more minutes~^^Try it when it's boiled down to a certain extent and if it's bland, add a little soy sauce. If it's too sweet, add more roasted salt or soy sauce^^ But the jeonggan is perfect!!That's enough^^
