STEP 1/9
It's nurungji sold at the market.
It's not fried nurungji...
It's a big rice crust of overcooked rice.
I happened to find out and bought it...It was really delicious.Hahaha
It's not fried, so it's not oilyCrispy
It's good to just eat it..
It's 5,000 won per bag...It's quite a lot, so I can make it twice.
STEP 2/9
I used soft seafood.
And a lot of cheap mussels!!
It's all 750 grams
STEP 3/9
I also prepare vegetables.
It's sad that bok choy is left out~
If you have bamboo shoots, make sure to bring them.
The nurungji soup needs a lot of vegetables to make it more plentiful and clean.
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry wok, 2 tablespoons of chili oil, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Stir-fry sliced garlic first.
When the garlic smells, add onions and carrots and stir-fry them first.
STEP 5/9
Add all the seafood that was washed clean.
STEP 6/9
Add 2 tablespoons of white wine to control the smell.
If you don't have white wine, rice wine or cooking wine is okay
And bamboo shoots.
STEP 7/9
Grind the pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce first and season as if seasoning.
STEP 8/9
I'll put all the vegetables
Add bottled water while looking at the moisture from seafood and vegetables.
I put in 1 cup...I hope you put it in while looking at the amount of moisture.
STEP 9/9
Add water starch to make it work.
After you taste it, add oyster sauce.
I can't ignore the salty taste that comes from seafood
Make sure you go and add more!!
It's good to put it on a different table during the holidays
If you prepare the ingredients in advance, you can make it quickly.^^
