STEP 1/9
Prepare 10 frozen dumplings, 1/2 onions, 5 bacon, 250ml whipped cream, 250ml milk, 2 cheddar cheese, 1 handful of sliced garlic, 1 cheongyang pepper and 1 slice of butter.
Shred onions, cut cheongyang peppers sideways, and cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Melt a piece of butter in a preheated pan over medium heat and stir-fry onions and sliced garlic first.
STEP 3/9
When the onion becomes clear, add the bacon and stir-fry until golden.
STEP 4/9
Add 250ml of milk and 250ml of whipped cream and simmer over medium heat.
STEP 5/9
Put in the frozen dumplings.
When the dumplings are almost done, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and mix them carefully so that they don't burst.
Then season to taste with salt.
STEP 6/9
If you want it to be spicy, you can cut some chili peppers and put them in.
If you want to enjoy it mildly, take out the cheongyang pepper and add a little bit of pepper.
STEP 7/9
Put it in a bowl and don't forget the parsley powder! +_+
STEP 8/9
I didn't know that dumplings and carbonara sauce go so well together.
My groom doesn't usually say it's delicious, but the dumpling carbonara is so delicious that he even eats the sauce
STEP 9/9
My son gave me some dumplings and some sauce before putting in Cheongyang chili peppers, but he asked me to put rice in it [Laughing]
I think I'll have to do it again on the weekend :)
