STEP 1/10
First, cut 1/2 onion, 1/2 green paprika, 1/2 yellow paprika and 1/2 red paprika into bite-size pieces.
Prepare 1 green onion and 1 cheongyang pepper by cutting them sideways.

Wash the chicken legs under running water and remove unnecessary fat.
Cut it into bite-size pieces and marinate it for 10 minutes with 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, the right amount of pepper powder, and the right amount of ginger powder.

Shall we make cheese buldak sauce while we marinate chicken leg meat?
Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of mirin, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well!

Put the well-fried buldak in the middle of the frying pan containing pizza and cheddar cheese and melt the cheese over low heat to make cheese buldak, and that's it!!!
If you add sesame seeds, pepper, and parsley at the end, it will look more delicious?
