Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, tear the seaweed into small pieces by hand.
You know that it's better to rip it with your hands, right?
STEP 2/6
Add 1 tablespoon perilla oil to the shredded seaweed and mix evenly, then add 1 tablespoon and mix well.
If you like greasy food, you can add another tablespoon.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry perilla oil-greased seaweed slowly over low heat.
If you use high heat, the steam will burn.
Stir-fry seaweed until green.
STEP 4/6
When the seaweed turns green, stir-fry lightly with 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp salt. If you don't like salty food, it's delicious because it's salty even with a teaspoon of flavored salt.
STEP 5/6
Lastly, turn off the heat and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of sesame salt. That's it!
STEP 6/6
If you like it cut well, stir-fry it and break it with your hands when it cools down.
