STEP 1/9
Beat in eggs, cut tomatoes and broccoli into bite-size pieces.
I sprinkled salt on the beaten eggs.
STEP 2/9
First, I put olive oil on the pan and added 1/4 of crushed garlic to give off some garlic scent. (For those who smell like eggs, it's better if you use garlic to smell it.)
STEP 3/9
Then, add the broccoli and stir-fry it. Then, add tomatoes and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
If you stir-fry it too much, the tomato gets soft and the texture gets bad.
STEP 4/9
Remove the stir-fried broccoli and tomatoes and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
STEP 5/9
When the eggs are cooked on medium low heat
Scramble while stirring with chopsticks. When the eggs are lumped together
Don't cook too much and push to one side.
STEP 6/9
Add the fried egg and tomato and stir-fry them together.
STEP 7/9
Add about half a spoon of sugar to make stir-fried tomato eggs more delicious.
Not too much, just a little bit! Put it in, please.
STEP 8/9
Think of it as mixing all the ingredients for a minute and stir-fry just a little bit.
STEP 9/9
Yellow eggs and red tomatoes
And it's stir-fried tomato eggs with green broccoli.
What's the use of recipes? I'm going to fry them all at once! as
If you think about it, you can stir-fry tomatoes and vegetables together after you beat the eggs first and scramble them a little bit. There's no problem :)
