Sticky rice cake that you make in a microwave
They sell sticky rice cakes that you can always hear outside the door in winter!! I made a less sweet rice cake using a microwave to suit my taste, rather than a sweet rice cake

  • Salt

  • red bean paste
    350kg
  • corn starch

Cooking Steps

Place glutinous rice flour, sugar and salt in microwave oven bowl
STEP 2/10
Add 350ml of water and mix well
STEP 3/10
When the dough is finished, wrap it well with plastic wrap and use chopsticks to make a hole

I microwave it for about 6 minutes
Roll it for 3 minutes, mix the batter, and roll it for 3 minutes again

Place a suitable amount of starch in a tray and knead
Then, apply the starch well...
If you do it without starch, it sticks to your hands
It's divided into 16 pieces

I made 16 red bean paste 20g each

Sprinkle starch on the dough so that it doesn't stick to your hands, stretch it gently with your fingers, and then put the divided red bean paste into a round shape

After molding, coat it with starch powder
If you don't add enough starch, the starch will fly away and the rice cakes will stick together

If you have a wrapper, put it in the freezer and take it out every time you eat it and defrost it for a while. It's good
When you make red bean paste molds, if you have nuts, you can taste the texture and savory taste
