Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the rice clean and cook it again with broth.
STEP 2/10
Wash spinach thoroughly and blanch in boiling water for 15 seconds.
STEP 3/10
Mix spinach with soy sauce 1, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a little pepper.
Crush the sesame salt with your palm and add it.

Slice the carrots thinly.
Chop the zucchini into the same size as the carrot.
Slice the onions thinly, too.
Tear the mushrooms into small pieces.
Shred the paprika, too.

Put a little bit of oil on the frying pan
Stir-fry mushrooms over high heat with a little garlic and a little salt and pepper.
Stir-fry onions in a lightly greased pan.
Stir-fry the pumpkins as well.
Add a little salt to the carrots and stir-fry it.
Stir-fry paprika quickly over high heat.

I'm making soy sauce, which is a meat seasoning
Mix in 2 dark soy sauce, 1 pear juice, 1 sugar, 1/2 minced garlic, 1 cooking wine, and a little pepper.
Mix the meat together.Meat is based on 300g.

Please grill the meat well.I'm going to season the pork now.
Mix red pepper paste 4 with pear juice 2, sugar 2, soy sauce 1, cooking wine 1, minced garlic 1, red pepper powder 1, and pepper powder.

I think the meat is about 300g. It's for 2 servings, so please refer to it. I made the sauce randomly. If you replace soy sauce with flavored soy sauce, it will taste better. I think soy sauce will go well with beef

    I only put zucchini, onion, carrot, and seasoned bean sprouts. When I seasoned beef, I took it out because there was no pear juice, but it was still delicious.
