STEP 1/14
Abalone porridge is not a difficult dish if you just touch it.
Wash the abalone stomach and skin clean with a toothbrush
STEP 2/14
If you turn the side of the abalone gently with a spoon, you'll flinch to the center. Then, scratch it with a spoon and take it off
STEP 3/14
Separate the intestines and flesh by cutting along the red line.
STEP 4/14
Chop all the abalones except for one that will be garnish later on. The abalone is slippery, so be careful with your hands.
STEP 5/14
Chop the rest of the vegetables finely.
For vegetables, onions are a must, and you can use the rest of the vegetables at home.
STEP 6/14
And grind the separated abalone intestines finely with water in a blender.
There's a way to strain it out when it's boiled
If you grind it with a blender, you can use 100% of the internal organs more completely, so I grind it with a blender.
STEP 7/14
Put sesame oil on the pan and stir-fry onions first.
I will use cold rice, but if you use rice, stir-fry the soaked rice together for more than 30 minutes
STEP 8/14
Stir-fry carrots, mushrooms, and abalone.
The order of stir-frying is not important because we're going to add water and boil it
STEP 9/14
Putting in abalone intestines
STEP 10/14
Add more than twice the amount of rice (more than four times when using rice)
STEP 11/14
I'm going to make a lot of rice, too. If you need more water while cooking, you can add more water in between, so you don't have to match the exact amount
STEP 12/14
Add a spoonful of soy sauce and season it. Boil the rest of the seasoning and add salt to your taste.
STEP 13/14
When it starts boiling, stir it until the water boils down and the rice grains spread out
STEP 14/14
If you cut the abalone into thin slices and put it on top of the rice, you can set it up to look more delicious.
It's not difficult because it takes time to cook abalone.^^
