STEP 1/8
Slice the onion into appropriate sizes, and prepare the tomatoes after peeling in boiling water for easy separation. It's good to remove the ligaments and tendons of beef.
(If you want to eat it softly, it's okay to eat tenderloin instead of beef sirloin^^ Sirloin has the best texture, so I chose sirloin.)

Place sliced onions at the bottom of the pot first.

Peel and spread sliced tomatoes on top of onions.

Grill beef until golden and cut into appropriate sizes.

Place the grilled beef on top and simmer over low heat.

If you boil it down, water forms. Stir it once in a while, boil it down on low heat for 2 hours, and stir it from time to time.

If you boil it down for an hour, it looks like tomato stew.

It's done when you boil it down for 2.
You can eat it for 3 to 4 days per person^^
You have to boil it down for 2 hours to make the texture go well with the meat^^
You can boil it down more than 2 hours for each individual difference
