Boil pork meat with front legs
I made kimchi on Monday, but I made it before boiling pork and now I'm using it. I made it before, but I didn't take a picture, so I decided to take it, but I wasn't posting it...^^ The reason why cooking doesn't come up on my blog these days is that I'm lazy to take pictures with my camera, and I can't keep up with the camera quality when I take pictures with my phone, and the conclusion is that I don't post cooking because I'm lazy. ^^;;;;

Ingredients
  • the front legs of pork
    1X600g
  • bay leaf
  • Soybean paste
    2spoon
  • leek
  • Garlic
  • Whole pepper
  • Ginseng
  • Canoe coffee
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
My parents and in-laws gave me a place in the freezer, so I put it in when I cook samgyetang, but I just put it in when I boil pork instead of chicken. I don't eat the soup, but I think it's going to soak into the meat.
STEP 2/3
I wanted to boil it thicker like jokbal, so I put in two canoes and it became darker.
STEP 3/3
I boiled it for an hour. In the middle of cooking, the smell of ginseng The house was full. I boiled it the day before and ate it, but I boiled it the same as if it was my first time boiling pork.
