STEP 1/6
Wash the black beans clean and soak them in cold water for about 4 hours.
STEP 2/6
Boil 2T of soaked beans, water, and olive oil in a pot, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
When boiling beans, you have to open the lid from the beginning to avoid the smell of beans :)
STEP 3/6
Add 7T of soy sauce and 5T of starch syrup and boil it down until the soup becomes salty.
STEP 4/6
1T of starch syrup to make it glossy when the water boils down,
STEP 5/6
Add 1T of brown sugar, mix it, sprinkle sesame seeds, cool it down, and put it in a bowl!

Doesn't it look delicious when it's glossy? Hehe :)
My child also loves this side dish, and I dream of becoming a vegan vegetarian (?) It's the number one side dish in my family that I always eat. :)
