Create icing while cookies cool. There are many kinds of icing, but I made it simple with lemon juice. Mix the sugar powder well in the lemon juice, then split in half and mix a little bit of white and a little bit of red, respectively. The finished icing is prepared in a piping bag or corne. You can adjust the concentration by mixing lemon juice with sugar powder. If it's too thick, add more lemon juice and if it's too soft, add more sugar powder. It's okay if the concentration drops slightly.

Icing completely cooled cookies in the shape of Santa. After icing the hat first, when it's completely hardened, icing the white beard, and then expressing the nose and hat drops. After that, you can express your eyes with a chocolate pen.If you harden the icing in a cold place, it's done!
