Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry chopped green onions and garlic over low heat
STEP 2/4
Add chopped carrots and stir-fry quickly on medium heat
STEP 3/4
Season it with salt
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds and turn off the heat
The point is to stir-fry the crunchy carrot in a quicken the texture
