I only used the stem part of the pine mushroom and didn't use the top part.
I cut only the stems and put the gat in the fried rice.
Slice 1/4 carrot and 1/3 pumpkin, too.
Instead of saesongi mushrooms, oyster mushrooms are good, too ^^

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil (1) and stir-fry mushrooms first.
Add a bit of salt.
Stir-fry until dry.
Instead of cooking oil, I stir-fried mushrooms with 1 sesame oil.

Put the fried mushrooms into another bowl
Add cooking oil (1) and stir-fry zucchini.
Add a bit of salt this time, too.

Stir-fry carrots in the same way.

Even if it's a little troublesome, stir-fry each vegetable.
Mushrooms also give you moisture
The zucchini cooks faster, so if you stir-fry it with carrots
Pumpkins can become mushy.

Put the stir-fried mushrooms, carrots, and pumpkins in a bowl
Add 1 soy sauce, 1 sesame oil, and 1 sesame seeds and mix them well
When you stir-fry each, season it with salt and season it with soy sauce.
