STEP 4/7
Stir-fry the seasoned meat first in the preheated pan Sirloin, which is mostly lean, has no fat, so you can put a little bit of oil in the pan
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry until the reddish color of the meat is gone and add vegetables
Stir-fry it on high heat for 1-2 minutes
STEP 6/7
Add the sauce and mix well
STEP 7/7
Stir-fry vegetables and meat evenly
If you stir-fry it like you're boiling it down
It's much more delicious
After you're done, put some sesame seeds on the fire
It's better if you stir-fry mushrooms, broccoli, and sliced garlic in addition to basic vegetables
You can use any part of the pork left over
It's similar to how to make curry and jajangmyeon, so you can follow it easily
