I was thinking about grilling pork belly, but it's cold, so I don't think it'll be good for ventilation, and I thought of Chef Lee Yeon-bok's braised cabbage sauce a while ago, so I made a combination of the two. It's easy and simple by definition. All you have to do is add the sauce while you steam the meat. It saves more time than pork belly.
