Making soy sauce pasta. Spicy and salty taste!
You all like pasta, right? We often make different kinds of pasta. The groom usually likes cream pasta full of cheese or milk, and I prefer oil pasta. Cream pasta is really good, but after one or two bites, it's so greasy that it's hard to eat without pickles. So today, I made a spicy soy sauce pasta that both the groom and I like. I will introduce you to a pasta and soy sauce pasta that is perfect for the taste of Koreans who are not greasy at all with a lot of garlic and spicy peppers in salty soy sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Boil 1.5 litres of water in a deep pan or skillet and season with a pinch of salt.
STEP 2/11
When the water boils, add 200g of spaghetti and boil it.
STEP 3/11
Pasta noodles are said to be the best if you boil them for 10 minutes, but I'm going to stir-fry them again, so I boiled them for 8 minutes.
STEP 4/11
Shred onion and mushroom, slice onion side by side, cut bok choy root, and cut thick stems in half.
STEP 5/11
I cut the bacon into 2cm squares.
STEP 6/11
Add sliced garlic first and stir-fry slightly, then add minced garlic and stir-fry until lightly golden.
STEP 7/11
Stir-fry bacon and spicy red pepper powder together in golden garlic.
STEP 8/11
When bacon is cooked, add onions and mushrooms in order and stir-fry very lightly.
STEP 9/11
Stir-fry the pre-boiled spaghetti, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
STEP 10/11
When all the dishes are ready, add bok choy and stir-fry until you are out of breath.
STEP 11/11
Grill the eggs half-cooked and put them on top, and it's done.
