Braised Korean cabbage wine
I like steamed alcohol as a side dish. However, I heard that there is a competition for drinking alone and eating alone using Korean beef, so I made a slightly modified version of steamed alcohol that I usually eat. With cabbage, the soup is very cool and goes well with the oily taste of Korean beef.
