Prepare almond milk.
Soak the almonds (about a handful) a day before, prepare them, and add 3 cups of water to grind them. Squeeze tightly into a nut milk bag.

Peel the banana and cut it.

Wash the sweet pumpkin with its skin and steam it in a steamer.

Place cooked sweet pumpkin and banana in food processor and grind hot almond milk.

The warm pumpkin smoothie is complete!^^
You can bring the agave syrup to your liking.

Sprinkle broccoli powder right before you eat it.
Sweet pumpkin is hard to cut.
Microwave for 10 minutes.
You can cut it in half, scoop out the filling, and steam it in a steamer.
Divide it into parts and freeze it, then take it out and use it.
For those who have a hard time digesting milk, it's good to make it with vegetable almonds. If you're allergic to nuts, you can add coconut milk~~^^
