Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, blanch the bean sprouts, add salt, and season them in advance. It's good to season the ingredients individually. Not as fast as you can

All ingredients except bean sprouts are prepared by slicing them. Prepare carrots, cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and fish cakes, and stir-fry these ingredients once.
