Poke red beans, pumpkin smoothie
This is the recipe I made when I worked at Liquid.
It's a menu that I personally really liked, but I recommend it because it's perfect for the weather these days
It's a thick smoothie that you can enjoy like soup ^^
The sweet pumpkin, carrot, and banana are ground and the fine color and creamy texture are so attractive.
For those who do morning smoothies, cold smoothies in the morning may be burdensome as you go into fall and winter.
The pumpkin smoothie I'm introducing today is perfect for making it warm and eating it as a morning smoothie, right? :)
