First, pour 900ml of milk into the yogurt maker cup.

It's a lactic acid bacteria capsule. Prepare two tablets.

Stir the lactic acid bacteria powder to dissolve well.

Pour hot water into the yogurt maker, put a can of milk and yogurt mixed together, close the lid, and leave it at room temperature for 8 hours. After 8 hours, pour hot water again and leave it at room temperature for an additional 8 hours.

After a total of 16 hours, the yogurt was completed. You can see a little bit of whey, but it's not a watery yogurt.

It's a handmade yogurt that feels like soft tofu. It's lukewarm, so let it ripen in the refrigerator until it gets cold.

I made green tea powder and ate it as a green tea yogurt. Add sweet pumpkin powder, acai berry, and blueberry powder to suit your taste and enjoy it with your favorite taste.
Second, I tried making it with 1.8g of low-fat milk and succeeded!
