STEP 1/7
This is what pickled eulgo looks like.
I thought you put it in soybean paste
I got it :) It was a drinker.
STEP 2/7
Wash the wool in water well.
STEP 3/7
Make a size that's good to eat with the washed pickles
Cut it please. I cut the pickled radish as if it's seasoned.
STEP 4/7
You have to wash the pickled wool in water again. You'll know when you eat it, but it's really salty. I washed it about four times. After each wash, taste one at a time and adjust the number of times you wash according to your preference.
STEP 5/7
You can season the washed pickles like pickled cucumbers or pickled radish.
Add the seasoning above and mix well.
I added chives to make it taste better and the color is pretty. If you don't have it, you can skip it.
STEP 6/7
It's a pickle that has a salty taste, so I didn't season red pepper powder too much.
(Taste and add sweet or red pepper powder to your liking) Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season.
STEP 7/7
Rather than pickled radish or pickled cucumber
It's a bit salty, but it's crunchy
It's a delicious pickled radish. It's so good as a side dish!
It's delicious if you put pickled oolle in gimbap instead of pickled radish, and if you eat it with rice rolled in water, it's a rice thief!
