Boil chestnuts simply and deliciously
Shijo Ka spent so many nights in Anseong. When I received the chestnut, a large chestnut tree came into my eyes on one side of the pear field. It would not have been easy to peel chestnuts because of the thorns, but thanks to the hard work of Shijo-ka and his wife, we received a rich chestnut with eggs. As soon as I received it, I shared it, ate it, boiled it, and enjoyed the fluffy sweetness. I'm going to cook a simple chestnut.
