STEP 1/12
Ingredients are 200g of flour, 150g of butter, 3 eggs, 100g of sugar, 2g of salt, 4g of baking powder, 40g of milk, so you can make 3 mini pound cakes

Remove eggs and butter at room temperature at least 30 to 1 hour prior
STEP 3/12
Place at room temperature and gently dissolve the softened butter

Add sugar and stir until smooth creamy

Divide the eggs 2-3 times, slowly add and creamy

Sift together flour + salt + baking powder

Mix the powder ingredients lightly with the cream dough that you made earlier. (The dough seems a little dry, so I mixed milk as well.)

It tastes better if you mix nuts like raisins, almonds, and walnuts

Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
STEP 10/12
Remove from the oven in the middle of baking, make cuts on top and bake again I lowered the oven temperature to 150 degrees

The pound cake is well-done
STEP 12/12
I poke it with chopsticks to see if it's cooked well, but if there's nothing on the end of the chopsticks, it's done
