STEP 1/11
Prepare the vegetables as they are in the refrigerator.
If there is no whole garlic, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

Cut the radish into bite-sized squares
Bring kelp, anchovies, and water to a pot and boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make broth.

While boiling the broth, shred the onion
Chop the cheongyang pepper and green onion.
It's not in the picture, but slice whole garlic or press it with the back of a knife.

You can blanch fish cakes in hot water
Take a shower and sift it
Please remove the water.

After removing the water
Please chop the fish cake into long pieces.

Pour the right amount of water into another pot
When the water boils, add noodles
When it starts to boil, pour a cup of cold water
When it boils again, pour another cup of cold water.
If you do this, the noodles get chewy.

Boiled noodles are served in a sieve
Rinse in cold water and drain.

When the broth is made
Take out the kelp and anchovies
After adding the prepared vegetables and fish cakes
On medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes
Please boil it.

Add 1T of soy sauce and add salt if you think it's not enough seasoning.
Turn off the gas stove when the vegetables are cooked.

Put noodles in a bowl

After pouring the fish cake soup
If you add seaweed flakes and boiled eggs on top
Fish cake noodles are done.
The reason why I use whole garlic is because if I add minced garlic
It's because the soup gets messy.
If you press sliced garlic or whole garlic once
The flavor of garlic is added but you can make a clean soup.
