Simple fish cake dish, slurped fish cake noodles

Cooking Steps

Please chop the fish cake into long pieces.

Pour the right amount of water into another pot
When the water boils, add noodles
When it starts to boil, pour a cup of cold water
When it boils again, pour another cup of cold water.
If you do this, the noodles get chewy.

Boiled noodles are served in a sieve
Rinse in cold water and drain.

Take out the kelp and anchovies
After adding the prepared vegetables and fish cakes
On medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes
Please boil it.

Add 1T of soy sauce and add salt if you think it's not enough seasoning.
Turn off the gas stove when the vegetables are cooked.

The reason why I use whole garlic is because if I add minced garlic It's because the soup gets messy. If you press sliced garlic or whole garlic once The flavor of garlic is added but you can make a clean soup.
