Ingredients

    100g
  • Soft flour
    110g
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Sugar
    90g
  • Honey
    20g
  • Baking powder
    3g
  • black tea
    3g
  • Milk
    30g
  • black tea
    1~2g
  • Sugar powder
    100g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare ingredients at room temperature
STEP 2/12
Add sugar and honey to the egg and melt the sugar
Mix it well!
STEP 3/12
Add the sifted powder and mix well until there is no raw powder
STEP 4/12
Melt the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Next, cut 1 or 2 bags of earl grey tea bags and put the contents into the butter
STEP 5/12
Divide butter and earl grey into the batter 3 to 4 times
Mix it well
STEP 6/12
Then the Earl Grey Madeleine dough is complete
STEP 7/12
Put the dough in a piping bag
Let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day
STEP 8/12
The next day, take out the dough for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature and fill the pan with 90% of the dough
STEP 9/12
Put the iron plate brothers or butter + flour on the pan in advance I used iron plate brothers (this one comes off easily too!)
STEP 10/12
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and it's done! (I baked at 200 degrees for about 9 minutes using the Convection function.)
STEP 11/12
It's delicious as it is, but if you want to feel more of the sweetness + earl grey scent, please add glasage!
Add sugar powder + milk + earl grey (teabag contents) and mix them together. That's it!~~
STEP 12/12
Dry the glazed madeleine well and eat it. If you eat it after a day, you can feel the deeper earl grey scent!^^
If you like the sweet and deep earl grey scent, I recommend Glassage!! Please refer to the blog for more details >< http://blog.naver.com/vitnal_bin/221098284816

It's not as sweet as I thought and it's perfect. The fluffy, sugar-coated one is also moderately sweet and I like it! I thought Earl Grey would be thick, but everything is just right. Thank you.
