Avocado sandwich, super simple dish
I think it looks like fruit, but if you taste it, it's savory like butter #Avocado It is also called Butter in the Forest because it actually contains fat. Fat is an unsaturated fatty acid that is beneficial to the body, so it is good for preventing cholesterol and arteriosclerosis. The avocado I bought the other day turned from green to dark brown and cooked well. I wanted to eat it a little faster, so I kept it with an apple and it matured quickly. (If you're slow to mature, put it in with an apple and keep it.) Today, I'm going to make a super simple open sandwich using avocado.
