Ketchup tteokbokki. Making spicy tteokbokki. Eye snacks
For a child who can't eat spicy food, I made red but not spicy tteokbokki instead of soy sauce tteokbokki that I always made. :D

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I always use anchovy broth when I make tteokbokki. It tastes much deeper.
STEP 2/7
While making anchovy broth, they prepared the ingredients to go in. Rinse the frozen fish cake in hot water and soak the rice cake in water.
If you add ham, you can enjoy richer tteokbokki, so I use it. I like kids, too.
STEP 3/7
Please make the sauce.
It's ketchup tteokbokki, but you have to add about half a spoon of red pepper paste to make it more delicious. If you can eat the spicy taste, you can add 1 spoon of red pepper paste.
STEP 4/7
Add the sauce that is made. The amount of water is about 4 cups of paper. Next, add the onion and ham first.
STEP 5/7
When the onion is slightly cooked, add the fish cake. Then, put in the fish cake and when it boils, put in the rice cake last.
STEP 6/7
When the sauce is cut on the rice cake while boiling over low heat, put green onions and sesame seeds.
STEP 7/7
Rather than tteokbokki with red pepper paste
It is a delicious ketchup tteokbokki that looks white but never loses its taste. It has a sweet taste, so it's good for adults to eat together.

Cho 1 Ddallaemi, which also distinguishes 0.01g of spicy food, is the strongest spicy rice cake that only eats soy sauce-based royal tteokbokki, jajangmyeon, and cream tteokbokki. This recipe is spicy, so I drink water while eating it[Laughing out loud] Now that I'm an elementary school student, I thought I could eat red tteokbokki.. It's a shame not to put red pepper paste at all, so I added 0.5 teaspoons, but even that is spicy,, Even though there were more ingredients and more water than the recipe...Hah! I added more ketchup, and it tastes sour?It became stronger and I added sugar, but I still felt it,,, I want to add more red pepper paste, but... I guess it's delicious Hah! I don't like fish cake, so I put in bullet pine mushrooms and vegetables, so I also put carrots and cabbage I ate well, but I drank too much water, so I'll just do soy sauce tteokbokki next time lol

My 6-year-old daughter didn't eat spicy food well yet, but she said it was delicious at first, and later the rice cake was a little spicy, but I ate more fish cake and ham LOL Next time, I'll have to adjust the red pepper paste a little more and give it to him Lol thank you for the recipe :)
