STEP 1/10
This is based on a 18cm pot. :-) Boil 1/3 radish (350g) while making anchovy kelp stock
I put in two green onion roots, but you can skip the green onion roots ^^

In the meantime, cut the squid into bite-size pieces

Chop half an onion, two Thanksgiving candles, 1T of minced garlic, and a stalk of green onion
STEP 4/10
When the anchovy broth is ready, take out the anchovies and kelp and boil the radish for another 5 minutes

Please put in the squid
STEP 6/10
Add 2T of red pepper powder and 2T of soy sauce
STEP 7/10
Then, put all the garlic, sweet vinegar, and onions in and boil it, and remove the foam from time to time

Lastly, add green onions and boil it. That's it^~^

Taste it and season it with salt

That's all for making spicy squid soup :-)
Rather than boiling it right away, it's better if you boil it once and cool it down and boil it again. The smell of radish and squid comes out of the soup ^~^
