STEP 1/5
Wash the skin of the blue Aori apple, cut into 1 1/2 pieces, and freeze it in the freezer for about one night.
STEP 2/5
Slice the remaining half of the apple thinly and bake it in the oven to make it crispy or dry in a food dryer.
STEP 3/5
When baking in the oven, heat it between 120 degrees and an hour and a half.
STEP 4/5
Place the frozen apples in a blender, add homemade plain yogurt and maple syrup and grind them to be soft enough.
STEP 5/5
You can enjoy it as it is, and if you put it back in a container and freeze it for about an hour in the freezer, you can enjoy it with a harder and colder texture.
Rather than freezing it too hard, this frozen yogurt has a slightly melted taste that makes it more gentle to swallow.
