Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Cut 1 green onion into big pieces, 1/2 onion, 2 fish cakes, and cabbage into bite-size pieces.
I prepared tteokbokki with flour.
Wheat rice cake is seasoned quickly, and rice cake is not seasoned well.
So it's good to cook instant tteokbokki with flour.
Rice cake is said to be suitable for cooking and eating, so please refer to them.
But my preference is wheat tteok. Do what you usually like.
STEP 2/16
Prepare as much seafood as you want
Rinse it in cold water and prepare it.
That way, it doesn't smell bad

I also trimmed some raw shrimp and put them in.
If you have a whole squid, you can put it in together.
Apply the ingredients at home.

If the ingredients are ready, let's make the sauce
Pour 1 cup of bottled water and 1/2 cup into a bowl

(If you have pine mushrooms, you can add them together. If you add sweet potatoes and potatoes, it's more abundant

Pour in the sauce and add red pepper powder if you want more red tteokbokki.
At first, the soup seems insufficient, but when you boil it, the vegetables come out with moisture, so it's not insufficient.
The amount of water from the vegetables is different depending on the heat control.
Please refer to it and adjust the sauce.

I boiled it over medium low heat.
If you like glass noodles, soak them in advance and add them to the boil.
Finish the soup when it becomes thick.
