STEP 1/11
Please chop the cabbage and carrot and prepare it.
I have some purple cabbage, so I put it in together.
I added carrots for color, but it doesn't matter if you skip them.
STEP 2/11
Soak the shredded cabbage and carrots in cold water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3/11
Put it on a tray and shake off the water
STEP 4/11
Put it in the vegetable dehydrator again and remove the water.
(Remove the water as much as possible. That way, bread and cabbage are crunchy)
STEP 5/11
Bake bread in front and back until golden brown without oil in pan.
STEP 6/11
Put the baked bread on a cooling net and let it cool slightly
And a slice of cheddar cheese
STEP 7/11
Put a piece of toaster ham on top
STEP 8/11
It's better to season the filling right before putting it on the bread.
Even if you remove the moisture, the vegetables will get more moisture if the seasoning goes in
Mix it with the sauce at the end.
Put the drained cabbage and carrot in a bowl
Add mustard sauce 2, sugar 1.5, salt 0.3, lemon juice 1, chopped pickle 1 (optional), and pepper and mix evenly.
STEP 9/11
Place a generous portion of the mixed cabbage on the bread.
I don't know if it's okay to post this much
Place cabbage and top with 1 cheddar cheese and 1 toaster ham baked bread
STEP 10/11
Wrap the finished sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and set aside for a while.
STEP 11/11
Now, cut the finished sandwich in half to make it easy to eat.
Cabbage sandwich with full filling is done!
