*Soak red beans in water a day before.

Turn off the heat once it boils.

Tip. You can have a stomachache because of the saponin in red beans, so you can't skip this process!!

- When you cook rice again, pour enough water to come up to the back of your hand (cover and proceed)
Tip. Be careful because it can boil over!

When it boils, add sugar and boil it down

If you don't like red bean grains, use a tool to crush them.

- Cool it in cold water and put it in a container so that it doesn't go bad because it's summer

1. If you add 1/3 tbsp salt when you add sugar, it will double the sweetness, so you can add it.
2. The red beans become thick when it cools down, so boil them down until you think they're too watery.
3. Please add the sweetness according to your preference.
4. You can make it with oligosaccharide or honey instead of sugar.
